The Biggest Loser contest Spring results have been tabulated, and the results were astounding!  The top 20 all received great prizes. 
 
In the men's division, Aaron Morrow lost almost 26 pounds of bodyfat and took home $500 cash.  Bob Danielson won a 12-month membership, losing over 23 pounds of fat in just 8 weeks.
 
On the women's side, Katie DeMuth took home $500 by losing 17 pounds of fat and changing her bodyfat pctg by 6%.  Nina DeBisschop won the free years membership and lost 15 pounds of fat.

Diet- Reduced calorie intake to 2000 a day, it was previously a lot higher, although did allow a few days of overindulgence.  Stayed away from alcohol as much as possible. 

Workout Routine- First step was getting on a regular workout schedule with Ultimate Fitness and Activ-Trax.  Did 30 minutes of cardio every day with Activ-Trax program.
