Youth Sports Enhancement

For Kids Age 8 to 14!
Tuesday's in Bettendorf 9 - 10 AM
instructor Brad Munson

Class combines plyometrics,cardio, and resistance training to
optimize sports performance. A different sports specific concentration
each session.

Kidz Play

For kids 6 & up
Monday's in Bettendorf 5 - 5:30 PM
instructor Rhonda

Designed for kids to combine a variety of fun activities. Will help
them learn fitness can be fun!

Kidz Swim

Wednesday in Bettendorf
11:30am - 12:30pm with Marcia

Open swim and fun activites in the pool. Meet in lounge.

Private Swim Lessons

Adults or children.
10 session package for $150.

Parent's Night Out

Parents bring your children to us (Bett location)!

Have an evening together without the kids or the hassle of finding a sitter! We provide crafts, games, and dinner for the children. Children over the age of 4 ago swimming.

Bring the kids PJ's and we will get them ready for bed. Friday nights 5:30 - 9 PM.

Cost $10 single, $20 family.

Must be pre-registered by noon the day before the event. Upcoming dates coming soon!

Birthday Parties

Schedule your child's birthday party with us.

Your choice of locations:

Bettendorf: Kidz World Available hours 2-5:30 Sat or Sun

Rock Island: Pool area Available hours 2-6:30 Saturday, or noon - 3:30 Sunday.

Cost is $75 for members, $100 for non-members

Friends Are Free

Ultimate Fitness members have an unlimited amount of 7-Day VIP guest passes they can use for their friends. Friends must have local ID, and not have used a pass within the last year.

Members are provided many passes when they join, and more will be provided upon request at the deks or e-mail Info@QCUltimateFitness.com.

For each guest that joins, You will receive a free month or 10 tan sessions!
